ORGANIC OLIVE OILS FROM ITALY: OUR BRAND'S STORY Our extra virgin olive oils are 100% Italian and produced with early harvested olives from a single estate in the region of Puglia. The Costabile Brand was created decades ago by our grandparents Nunzio & Giovanna, who from the very beginning committed to quality and supported local farmers to adopt high standards, so that people around the world could taste the best products of our land. After more than 50 years of activity, they were forced to shut down due to a tremendous earthquake.

We, Angelo & Valentino Costabile, were born and raised close to Naples, and created Costabile to bring their mission back to life. Our mission is to help you enjoy real, natural food, no matter your dietary preferences. All our products were used before grocery stores existed and are produced following the same traditional methods. They are made with a few high-quality, recognizable ingredients to support your optimal health and well-being.

100% FROM PUGLIA, THE HEEL OF ITALY Our organic extra virgin olive oils come from happy olives grown on century-old trees located just a few miles away from the beautiful coast of Puglia, on the Ionic Sea. We use traditional Italian olive varieties: Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio and Ogliarola. Our olive oils have an exceptional 620 mg/Kg polyphenol content, much higher than the average 300 mg/Kg in extra virgin olive oils. They are a great addition to any diet, including Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Keto, Mediterranean, Kosher, and Gluten-Free.

EARLY HARVEST, COLD EXTRACTION, FILTERED Our olives are harvested early when ripeness is optimal for high-quality oil, using gentle techniques to maintain their flavor. The organic extra virgin olive oil is then cold extracted through modern milling methods that preserve its organoleptic properties. It is finally filtered through advanced techniques to remove any sediments, olive particles, and leftover water. The dark glass bottle and anti-waste cap protect the oil from UV and oxidation, keeping it at its peak taste.
